How can I get Discover Card cash access checks? If eligible, you can go to Discover.com/checks or call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683) to order cash access checks. You will receive checks that draw on your available credit and can be used anywhere that accepts checks.
Can you use Discover at an ATM?
You will not be charged an ATM surcharge when you withdraw cash with your Discover debit card at the surcharge-free ATMs represented by orange map pins. ATM surcharge fees may apply to cash withdrawals at other ATMs not designated “Surcharge-Free.”
Can I use my Discover card internationally?

Can you take out cash from Discover credit card?
If you have an active Discover card, you can use it to pay for purchases or services from any vendor who accepts Discover credit. If a vendor doesn’t process credit cards or doesn’t accept credit card charges from Discover, you can still use the card to make the payment by obtaining a cash advance.
