The terms for Priceline’s Express Deals are simple but restrictive.
Once you make a reservation, you can’t change it, cancel it, transfer it, or get a refund.
Hot Tip: Some online reports suggest that people have been able to cancel reservations and get a refund from Priceline by calling the hotel directly.
Can you cancel Priceline hotel within 24 hours?
Call Priceline customer service. If you booked a ticket with a disclosed flight time, call the same day for cancellations and get a refund. Customer service can be reached at 1-800-774-2354 and before 11:30 p.m. ET of the day of booking. Call customer service to refund your hotel room within 24 hours of check-in.
Can you cancel a hotel reservation?
To cancel your hotel reservation, open your Itinerary, and click on “Cancel Room” in the “Manage Booking” section. Please note that you can only cancel one reservation at a time. Cancellations made after the deadline will be charged the hotel’s cancellation fee.
Can I cancel a non refundable hotel booking?
You can cancel it if you wish, but you will not receive a refund. I think its the hotels themselves who set the rules for their hotels deals, either non-refundable or Free Cancellation. You could try contacting booking.com, but be prepared for them to say its non-refundable and they can not do anything for you.
Does Priceline charge right away?
Terms are similar to Express Deals: if Priceline can find a hotel to accept your bid, your credit card will be charged immediately. At that point, reservations can’t be changed, transferred, cancelled, or refunded.
Will Priceline let you cancel?
On confirmed reservations for hotel rooms or rental cars, Priceline has no blanket cancellation policy. The individual hotel or rental car company controls cancellation policies. As one exception, Priceline allows its customers to cancel or exchange airline tickets purchased on the same day on a case-by-case basis.
Can you change a Priceline hotel reservation?
Can I cancel or change my Hotel Reservation? If you booked a hotel other than an Express Deals® or Name Your Own Price®, you may be able to change or cancel the reservation depending on the hotel’s cancellation policy. You’ll see your hotel’s cancellation policy prior to booking.
